Hospital Visits
Pastors and other church leaders want to be available to visit members and their families in the hospital. If you or someone in your family would like a hospital visit, please have someone from the family (or a friend on behalf of the family) notify Ellen Foster. Please include in your email or message your name, the best way to contact you (phone number or email address), which hospital and if possible a room number. Weekend/Evening Emergencies
A pastor is on call each weekend of the month and at other times when the church office is closed. In the case of a family emergency on the weekend, please call the on-call pager (434-244-1223) and leave a number where you can be reached. A pastor will then call you back to provide whatever pastoral care is needed. Please note that this pager number is to be used only in the case of family emergencies that occur over the weekend, specifically hospitalization or a death. This number is not to be used for church business that can be taken care of during the week.

Pastoral Care List
The Pastoral Care List is a confidential email that is sent to church leadership (elders, deacons, their wives and church staff) to alert them to prayer needs in our church family. The Pastoral Care List is primarily for illnesses and deaths in the families of church members and regular attenders. Because we want to respect people's privacy, no prayer needs are put on this list without permission from the person involved or their family. If you want to request prayer via the Pastoral Care List, please contact Ellen Foster at ellen.foster@trinitycville.org.

Prayer Cards
Each week in our Order of Worship there is a two-sided slip of paper. One side says "Welcome" and the other says "Prayer Requests." We encourage anyone in our congregation to fill out the prayer request side and place the slip in the offering basket. The church staff gathers to pray on Wednesday mornings, and your requests are prayed for at that time.
