Senior Pastor
Chris Colquitt
Chris was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He is a graduate of Princeton University, the University of Virginia School of Law, and Westminster Seminary California. Before entering ministry, Chris practiced law in Texas, specializing in private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, he served for five years as the RUF Campus Minister at Northwestern University. He has also written several articles for The Gospel Coalition.
Chris is a Trinity alum, having worshiped here during his time at UVA. He is married to Christen, also a native Texan, and they have four young children.
Associate Pastor
Kelly Scott
Kelly and his wife, Nancy, moved to Charlottesville in 2000 to launch the ministry of Cru at UVA. He received his M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2007 and has directed the ministry of Athletes in Action at UVA since 2008. The Scotts have known Trinity as their home church throughout this time. After serving for five years as a ruling elder at Trinity, Kelly was ordained as a teaching elder in 2014. Kelly and Nancy love spending time with their five children and one son-in-law, taking evening walks to the grounds of UVA, and enjoying meals in their home.
Assistant Pastor
Mick Leary
Mick was born and raised in South Buffalo, New York. He is a graduate of State University of New York at Cortland and Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS, and received a Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, MO. He served as pastor of family, youth and children at Trinity before leaving to plant Church of the Redeemer (PCA) in Cortland, NY where he served as pastor for eleven years. He returned to Charlottesville as planting pastor of All Nations Church. Prior to joining Trinity, he taught theology to middle schoolers at the Covenant School in Charlottesville. Mick met his lovely wife, Suzie, while an undergraduate at SUNY Cortland. They fell in love and celebrate 43+ years of wedded bliss. They have been blessed with four children and eleven grandchildren.
